Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-15. TinyWhim is run by the operator of tinywhim.com. Write to us at support@tinywhim.com.

Who can use TinyWhim

You must be 18 or older. You confirm that when you sign in. One person, one account. If we find an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

What you post

You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us permission to store it, show it to other people on TinyWhim, and show a preview of it when someone shares a link to it. That permission ends when you delete the post or your account, except for copies other people already received, such as a message you sent them.

You are responsible for what you post. Only post things you have the right to post, and follow the Community Rules. Interactive works run in a sandbox on a separate domain, with no network access and no way to reach your TinyWhim account.

What we do about content that breaks the rules

Anyone can report a post, a comment, a conversation or an account. Signed-in people use the report button; anyone else can email us. We look at reports and act on the ones that break the rules. We may take a post offline, and we tell the author why. If you disagree, reply to that message or write to us.

We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks the rules, including repeated copyright infringement. We may also close an account to comply with the law.

Copyright complaints

If something on TinyWhim infringes your copyright, email support@tinywhim.com with: the work you own, a link to the content on TinyWhim, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We remove or disable what is clearly infringing and tell the person who posted it. They can reply with a counter-notice, and we will pass it on to you.

Your account

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. Your posts go offline that day, and after 30 days we delete your account and your content for good. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is deleted and what stays.

The service as it is

TinyWhim is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that nothing will be lost, or that everything posted here is accurate or safe. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us, which is nothing.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we ask you to agree again the next time you sign in. Continuing to use TinyWhim after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If the law where you live gives you rights you cannot sign away, you keep them.
